Financial Times had a funny (read: strange) column the other day. In the widely read "The Lex Column" the journalist accused one of our most successful International companies for having the weirdest board in the world, because the board consists of 5 ‘professors’ and 3 businessmen.

In our next newsletter we will focus on some of the generally accepted Governance codes on corporate board structures and requirements for stock-listed companies.
